Project Level
Only Workspace Admins and Workspace Managers can create a new project.
Project Owner
Project Owners can execute any action at project level, except creating a new project. In particular, Project Owners can:
- Update a project (archive, delete and restore it)
- View active and archived projects
- Create and delete a batch
- Add and delete terms in the glossary
- View the list of languages, batches, and glossaries of a project
- View characters’ details
- Work on the casting and assign voices
- View the list of assigned users in the project and update the project team (Add/Remove Users)
- Change the role of a user in a project.
Please note that Project Owners can’t change their project role. Project Managers can’t change the role of Project Owners. Projects should have at least one Project Owner. Only Workspace Admins, Workspace Managers and Project Owners can assign the role of Project Owners. Project Managers can assign only Project Manager and Project Editor roles.
- Make changes to lines.
- Approve, reject, bounce, and download one or more lines
Project Manager
Project Managers can execute the same actions of Project Owners except updating a project (archiving, deleting, and restoring the project).
Project Editor
Project Editors can:
- View active and archived projects, batches and glossaries when assigned to at least one language
- Review and edit the text of languages they are assigned to
- Review and edit character details
- Approve or reject lines
Project Editors can’t:
- Update a project
- Create or delete a batch
- Work on the casting and assign voices
- Bounce and download one or more lines
- Update project team (add/remove users)
